Count #4 - Ushiro-no-kuzushi:
The attacker attacks with seiken ago uchi/gyaku tsuki. The defender moves ushiro suri ashi, blocks the ago uchi with gyaku osea uke, steps hidari ayumi ashi & blocks oi osea uke & executes migi chudan mae geri/jodan gyaku tsuki.
