Jennifer Antal (red helmet) fought like a tiger with clean, beautiful techniques, 
that landed her the GOLD. Good job Jenny!

Lyndan put up a great show for the crowd, she won one fight after the other,
with only a minute to rest before her final fight for the gold she still showed a true
 Kyokushin spirit and finished with the silver. We are very proud of you Lyndan!

Duc in red helmet showed good spirit that one him this fight.
Next stop: Canadian Championship!

Nicole and Sylvia performed on this tournament as Kyokushin warriors no less,
and a medal to back it up. Well done ladies!!
