PART 1 - Children's Class (Jun 23, 2001)
|
With the end of the school year and summer almost upon us, the Richmond Dojo
is winding up it's very successful children's classes. No classes will be held
for children during July and August. For over twenty years the dojo has sponsored
two classes for children aged 6 to 9 years.
This past season the Monday night class had 45 students registered for the season.
The Saturday morning class saw 15 - 20 students attend classes regularly.
A final belt grading was held in the last two weeks which saw many of the students
rewarded with new belts for all their hard work and diligent training.
The students now have the summer off to relax from karate and enjoy the numerous
other activities they are involved with. A wind up party and final training will
be held for all students in the final week of June.
